Yes, this is R18, and yes, this has twin love. But, this is not a smut novel, expect there to be mostly plot, psychological aspects, and a spiral into madness as the MC comes to adjust to this world in the first section of the novel. Not to mention the R18 stuff is impossible to happen at the start, read and you'll realise it pretty quickly (a lot of R18 later though).
