Farming monster girls

Note to self, don’t fall down a well.
Second note to self, don’t look a gift horse in the mouth.
Third note to self, if you suddenly find yourself in a magical land filled with monster girls and you have a plot of land that can grow just by farming on it. Don’t hesitate.

So I did something colossally dumb and tried to find out why the well in my family’s farm suddenly stopped producing water.
That simple task resulted in me getting transported to another world where I somehow have the deed to a piece of land that everybody wants with a absolutely beautiful centaur woman who is bound to serve whoever holds the deed.
Last note to myself, don’t let anyone else get their hands on the deed, or the Centaur.
