The greatest of the sea-drakes wakes, curled on his silver throne; but there is no silver. His hoard is stolen. He rises, screaming, and chases the thief to the ends of the world—only to be shot from the sky.
But dragons do not die easy, and never one with such festering hatred. A dungeon core rises from his corpse.
If he intends to survive so near the cove of pirates that slew his past self, he'll need to master his powers—and quickly. For these pirates are dragonslayers; they won't be felled by mere mushrooms or spiders.
Beneath the lawless Calarata, the young dungeon core will have to fight to survive; and one day, he will return death to the man who killed him.

Such is the fate of the Watcher of Deep Places.
[An Epic LITRPG with an unrepentantly evil MC]
**Very slow-burn with genociding, godslaying payoff**
[Warning: An unpleasant and very flawed MC who slowly gets worse. He is NOT a hero.]
Do not expect;
*A main character who does not need to struggle for anything. *A meaningless leveling process. *No bags of holding, instant inventory, telepathic party chat, instant fast travel, and a helpful system (or a fairy guide that explains everything). *LitRPG elements that are so complicated that they distract from the story. *Artificial mercy. *On-the-nose political or social messaging. *Harems. *A main character who can do everything and is loved by everyone.
Expect;
*An introduction to a beautiful world steeped in the influence of the steppe, middle-eastern, and Asian cultures. *A hopefully subtle discourse on the nature of evil and the corrupting influence of power. *A realistic depiction of how a person would react to suddenly being transported to an alien world to fight at the behest of the gods. *A magic system with a very real and dangerous cost.
n.b The MC is slowly going cuckoo. He is a bit all over the place and is definitely one tomato short of a salad. This is what happens when magic and the divine mess with you [at least in my mind!] This is a feature, not a bug. Enjoy the story.
The unwanted second prince of a powerful but corrupt Kingdom in a world of monsters and magic is set on the dangerous path of vengeance. Prince Ren Drakemore, under the protection and guidance of his demonic maid, works to covertly gain power, influence, and allies in hopes of eventually killing his own father, brother, and anyone else who stands in his way. Initially he hopes to right the evils perpetrated by his kingdom, but as he grows in power, he will also struggle to maintain his own humanity. Will he be the hero to save them all or the monster that consumes them? Only time will tell.
-Her skillset will revolve around her nature as a predator and have a lot to do with hunting prey.

While waiting on an Akihabara train platform one day, ordinary high schooler Yoshi Shinonome was suddenly plucked from his normal life in Japan and whisked away by a beautiful goddess to Ephemera, a world of magic and adventure, to serve as her Hero and drive back the evil Dark Lord.
This is not his story.
Standing nearby at the moment Yoshi was isekai'd was a man named Seiji - a rude, cranky, misanthropic musician who was not at all pleased to find himself also snatched up and transported to Ephemera by the goddess's wicked sister, Virya. According to this self-proclaimed Goddess of Evil, the whole fantasy adventure thing was a game she and her sister played to stave off the boredom of immortality, and since the good goddess, Sanora, had picked her Hero...well, Virya needed a Dark Lord.
A grown man with his own career and ambitions, Seiji has no interest in playing. Unfortunately for him, the call to adventure was not a request. Now, he must conquer Ephemera and defeat the Hero...or Virya promises to make him beg for the release of death before granting it. Playing along for his own survival, Seiji nonetheless is under no illusions who his true enemy is, and it's not the naive young would-be Hero from his own world.
Placed in an impossible position, Seiji must make enough progress toward world domination to keep his sadistic patron goddess off his back, but not so much that he can't strike an accord with the forces of Good and convince the Hero Yoshi that it's the goddesses who are their mutual enemy. Forced to embrace Evil without being too evil, Seiji walks the razor's edge, building his forces and biding his time till he can get revenge on the goddesses and be free of them, his only certainty that he will not be getting out of this with his hands clean.
A Dark Lord's gotta do what a Dark Lord's gotta do.

How I learned to stop worrying and solve my problems with demons until demons stopped solving my problems.
-
A snarky villain and her heroic nemesis blow themselves up and land on a fantasy world. They find themselves faced with two prospects: learn to cooperate and respect someone they've fought against for years, or be swept away by the powers that be.
Betrayed by his former gang and thrown into the Rendhold Underprison, Dantes has spent the last five years scraping by. A whoreson of orcish, human, and elvish blood, he's lived on the periphery of the periphery, lying, cheating, and stealing to survive. After a run of bad luck, he's made a powerful enemy. Luckily, he's also gotten all the tools he needs to turn things around.
A slow burn progression fantasy focused on rising through the criminal underworld of a city-state using newfound powers and quick wits.
MC's powers will develop slowly, but he will use them in creative ways to get ahead, and in the meantime he's not above just braining someone with a club.
There's one firm rule in Central City: everyone dies.
Super strength, invulnerability, regeneration, everything else is on the table. Everything except immortality. After all, if anyone was immortal, then Alpha, the completely-legitimately-elected dictator for life of Central City, could absorb their skill and become dictator for forever.
It's a good thing no one is immortal, then.
Especially not Levi.
Similar vibes to The Boys, Perfect Run, and Astro City, a satirical dark superhero story with a LitRPG twist!
