Dungeons? Cultivation? Core Cards? Other Worlds? Dirt Roads?!
In a world where cultivation has long been the practice of the powerful, magicians fight the natural order. But when a failed summoning puts the soul of a beloved truck into the body of a potential hero, the fate of the world must take a backseat.
Join Micro as he journeys from dungeon to dungeon, mastering all the skills he can acquire from the Core Cards each dungeon holds. Every road is full of adventures, mysteries, monsters, new friends, and potholes. Will he one day become powerful enough to achieve his ultimate goal of returning to his garage at the end of a long trip?
After collecting every Core Card, will he even be the same truck?
[I died and was accidentally reborn as an angelic monstrosity, so now I’m building a holy dungeon-tower that is tall enough to reach the gods; so that I can complain about it! But the humans think that I am trying to destroy the world.]
The senselessness of so much of the world’s death and suffering is made apparent to the dying paladin, Isaiah, in his final moments before he perishes and is, shortly thereafter, reborn into a comparatively quiet and peaceful existence as a simple blackbird.
However, the powerful magic of the god whom Isaiah himself had served in his prior human life upends this latest existence, as a spell goes awry, turning the entity instead into a strange, angelic monstrosity that is neither man nor animal.
Isaiah, desperate to return to its simple life as a blackbird, sets out to build the tallest tower ever seen by the eyes of the world in order to reach the reclusive gods who reside in the heavens above and make them undo the transformation in a bid to allow itself an escape from the complex suffering of intelligent, self-aware mortality.
When someone wishes for something hard enough sometimes they get exactly what they wished for and sometimes they get an unexpected dramatic adventure. The Call of Adventure follows Roden as he navigates a journey he is all too familiar with as he is thrust into a magical fantasy world of his own creation. He will have to work with what he knows to decipher the mystery of his appearance in this strange world, avoid a tragic end in a world full of dangers, and perhaps make some friends along the way.
Henry was a freshly graduated marine biologist about to make the discovery of a lifetime when he was struck by lightning. Thankfully, that wasn't the end for him. He woke up alive and healthy. And he had... tentacles.
...
What?
Follow Henry, a small Trickster Octopus trying to survive in a vast and unfamiliar ocean. He must navigate dangerous and mysterious waters, contend with magic-enhanced marine life, and find civilization—all while armed only with his wits, the ability to temporarily copy skills, and the tools of a bored and forgotten System.
Sable didn’t know what she had expected from the afterlife, but turning into a giant flying lizard hadn’t been it.
And sure, she’s been thrust into a magic-crammed fantasy world with an obscenely powerful body, but things aren’t all great, here. There’s hordes of orcs to the north, an immortal legion of undead to the south, and fourteen human kingdoms who want the first dragon in centuries to be offed sooner than yesterday—except they’re too busy warring with each other to spare the resources.
Good for her?
And what’s up with the [Levels], [Classes], and [Skills] stuff? Specifically, her [Hoard] and [Notoriety] stats. She gets stronger the more gold she has? The more people are terrified of her? No wonder the human kingdoms want her head on a spike, with motivations like those. Dragons in the past must have been seriously unsavory sorts. Maybe she can find less … evil … ways to progress?
What are the odds taxes and propaganda can get her where she needs to be? Protection in exchange for tithes, and campaigns to make her seem scarier than she is?
That would make her a politician, wouldn’t it? A giant flying lizard politician.
She’s a Cat. She’s a Girl. And she’s going to evolve.
Yona wasn’t always a cat, but she is now, and she’s living her best cat life. No silly “Quests” or “Systems” are going to get in her way!
…Until they do. Unfortunately, time waits for no man, and it certainly waits for no cat, and Yona finds that out the hard way. Now, stranded alone on an island surrounded by monsters, she needs to fight for her life to survive and return to the mainland!
…Or just pig out and nap and sometimes slap some fish people around. Either works. But there’s one thing she’s not going to do: swim. And that makes escaping the island a bit more of a challenge than it needs to be.
Meanwhile, the gods are brewing up… something. As gods tend to do.
What to expect:
- The MC is a cat, both in body and mind
- Gluttony powers done right
- The only romance is Yona X Fish (can’t get enough fish)
- A System that is sassy only in self defense
- Numbers go up (a lot)
- Somewhat unhinged MC
I tagged it with graphic violence and sensitive content, but it shouldn't get too bad. Just wanted to be safe
She's a magpie. She's a girl. And she's going to steal shiny.
Liora is a little thief that enjoys collecting shiny things like any self-respecting magpie. But one day she stumbles upon the shiny that changes her life forever—Archmage Renir who happens to be trapped in a beautiful gemstone.
After that they are pursued by mages, forcing Liora to fight, learn skills and evolve to become stronger. All so one day, she could free Renir of his prison.
What to expect:
- MC is a magpie (for real)
- Traits and skills, and a clear progression System
"They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. What then are we to think of it when the gods themselves steal our ideas on how the universe should work? Can we complain when they turn reality into a game? Can we get a refund on life itself? The gods claim they answered our prayers. That they built this world with us in mind. That they brought us here for our own sake. Maybe they did. Personally I think they have their own reasons. We're not the players in this game, we're the pieces on the board.
Still... What if it's fun?"
Axiom of Infinity follows the story of several travelers from Earth as they attempt to make new lives for themselves in a world with monsters and dungeons, where RPG mechanics are as innate as the laws of physics, and where the gods themselves seem to be playing a very different game–one with unknown stakes and strange alliances. Blessed by two gods and cursed by another, one man finds himself at the center of their machinations, a pawn destined to become a queen.
This is a LitRPG Novel built on a hard system with a lot of depth and customization, but which tries not to beat you over the head with numbers constantly. In this world finding and reporting bugs and exploits is both encouraged and rewarded, and the gods have found the most qualified testers in the multiverse: Us. Now the unsuspecting natives of Astra are going to have to learn to live with a bunch of min-maxing, power-gaming, spreadsheet slinging nerds and gamers of all shapes and sizes as we do what we do best... break things.
