There are plenty of lewd scenes spaced, and far apart; S*x, lesbianism, familial relations aka inc*st, r*pe, and futanari incase you are hesitant about any of these themes. I'm very sorry, this isn't the book for you.
There are bits of descriptions of gore, though, not too much because I'm really not a fan of it myself.
There are also small horror element, and a splash of cosmic horror that can easily be missed if you don't mind it.

Being entirely based off the perspective of the weak protagonist, there's going to be plenty of "HUH?" moments, But, give it a second, the other characters will clarify to the best of their abilities, IF, and when, they can. -And if they can't? That's my bad as a writer. I'm still learning, and we'll see how that goes.
