#3 The Young Elites

Adelina Amouteru is a blood fever survivor. A decade ago, the fatal disease ravaged her nation. The majority of afflicted individuals perished, but many of the surviving offspring were left with unusual tattoos. Adelina’s once-dark hair is now silver, her eyelashes are now pale, and she has a jagged scar where her left eye used to be. This rendered her a malfetto, an abomination, tarnishing their family’s reputation and hindering their financial success. Some of the survivors of the fever are thought to have more than just scars; they are supposed to possess enigmatic and potent abilities; their names are unknown, but they are known as the Young Elites.

Teren Santoro is employed by the king. As Leader of the Inquisition Axis, it is his responsibility to seek down and eliminate the Young Elites before they can destroy the nation. He thinks the Young Elites to be dangerous and vindictive, but Teren may hold the deepest secret.
